Responsibilities:
Analyzing Business Opportunities:
Assisting in financial and commercial analysis of new land sales, development projects, and other opportunities, presenting findings to senior management for approval. Developing & Maintaining Financial Models:
Collaborating on the creation and maintenance of business plans and financial models for real estate developments, including core components such as power, water, and telecoms. Creating Presentations:
Collaborating on the creation of high-quality presentations for senior management, utilizing both financial data and visual aids to effectively communicate insights and updates. Supporting Strategy Development
Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies for both existing and new businesses, under the guidance of senior team members Investor Relations Management
Assisting in maintaining investor information memoranda for real estate and other projects, helping to ensure accuracy and relevance. Participation in Deal Origination & Execution:
Supporting deal origination and execution processes, contributing to various stages as directed by more experienced team members. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, CS or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling. Familiarity with valuation methods and principle Accounting knowledge, with an understanding of general accounting principles and practices. Solid understanding of Finance and Financial Markets, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Strong written and verbal communication abilities in English Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Knowledge of real estate or city planning industry is a plus. CFA certification is a plus. Terms of engagement
3 Months internship with possibility to extend for an additional 3 months Potential for Full time engagement if performance is satisfactory after the intial 6 months
