Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) – Pascoag, Rhode Island
A well-established Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) in northern Rhode Island is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its primary care team in the Pascoag/Burrillville area.
A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience is required. This position is not open to new graduates.
This community-based health organization provides comprehensive primary medical, dental, and behavioral health services to individuals and families throughout Rhode Island. Its care model emphasizes accessibility, prevention, wellness, and long-term patient relationships.
Practice Highlights
Join an established, collaborative team that includes 2 physicians and 7 advanced practice providers
Provide comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population
Focus on preventive medicine, early diagnosis, chronic disease management, and individualized treatment plans
Manage conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, asthma, cardiovascular disease, and other acute and chronic illnesses
Provide routine physicals, immunizations, health screenings, wellness visits, and patient education
Opportunity to develop long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-focused setting

Schedule
The Pascoag primary care location offers extended weekday hours:
Monday, Tuesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM – 8:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Closed weekends and holidays

About the COMP & BENEFITS
Competitive salary: $100,000–$140,000, depending on experience
