Join GPV Lanka (Private) Ltd. as a Junior Material Compliance Specialist and be part of a team supporting material and chemical compliance activities for a global manufacturing organization.

🔹 Your Key Responsibilities • Conduct material and chemical compliance activities and respond to customer requests within required timelines • Process and analyze data related to regulations including EUDR, Digital Product Passport (DPP), Melt & Pour, PFAS documentation, and CBAM • Maintain effective supplier data communication and gather additional information for customer inquiries • Develop and update the internal chemical compliance portal • Provide initial confirmation dates to Account Managers / Program Managers for new material compliance and sustainability projects • Gather and analyze material compliance data using Silicon Expert, websites, emails, and databases • Update working templates and summary sheets after finalizing chemical compliance statements • Coordinate with Product Engineering and Purchasing teams when material compliance clarification is required • Maintain proper records and archives of material chemical compliance statements • Perform daily updates to working templates and timing sheets • Prepare monthly timing summaries • Participate in training and conduct internal knowledge-sharing sessions • Maintain department archive folders • Update existing SOPs and prepare/update Work Instructions.
