JOB DESCRIPTION:

Key Responsibilities

General Maintenance Cleaning breakrooms & bathrooms Taking out interior and exterior trash Painting & Special Projects Pressure Washing shop and building Cleaning exterior windows

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Qualifications

Valid Class C driver's license Ability to handle heavy items and work in extreme weather and physical conditions Ability to work independently and in a team environment while demonstrating safe work habits Preferred Qualifications

Painting Experience Electrical Experience Handyman skill set

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

General maintenance Pressure washing Custodial services Painting Handyman services General sanitation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Standing, bending, squatting, kneeling, crawling, pushing, and pulling with a full range of body movements Using hands to handle, control or feel Climbing ladders, stairs, and platforms Lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

Work Experience:

1+ years of general work experience
