We are looking for a Digital Product Manager specialised in CRO, experimentation and digital optimisation to join our Digital Product team. This is a hands-on Product role combining product management, analytics, CRO and basic technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be able to identify opportunities, define and prioritise initiatives, run A/B tests and work closely with UX and Development to improve the ecommerce experience. The role requires basic front-end knowledge, particularly HTML, CSS and some JavaScript, to independently configure simple A/B tests, campaign content and small website changes. It is not a developer role.
CORE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Own digital product initiatives from discovery through implementation and optimisation Identify conversion and customer-experience opportunities using data and customer insights Define, prioritise and manage CRO and A/B testing initiatives Configure and monitor experiments and analyse results to drive product decisions Use tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Contentsquare and Power BI to understand customer behaviour and ecommerce performance Work closely with UX/UI, Development, Analytics and Marketing teams Coordinate development teams and external partners and ensure initiatives move forward Make basic front-end changes and configurations, including HTML/CSS, simple JavaScript, XML, campaign content, content slots and experimentation setups Work within the SFCC ecommerce environment, understanding its main customer-facing components and configurations Identify friction across key journeys such as search, navigation, PLP, PDP and checkout Continuously optimise the customer experience based on data and experimentation Requirements
3–6+ years of experience in Digital Product Management, CRO, ecommerce or a similar role Strong experience in CRO, A/B testing and experimentation Strong analytical mindset and experience with digital analytics tolos Good understanding of ecommerce and customer journeys Basic practical knowledge of HTML and CSS, XML with some JavaScript understanding Experience working with Product, UX and Development teams Strong ownership, communication and stakeholder-management skills Fluent professional English Collaborative and proactive attitude Previous experience with SFCC, Optimizely/AB Tasty/GrowthBook, Contentsquare is a nice-to-have Knowledge of retail/fashion ecommerce environment and AI-related digital tools will be considered a plus Benefits
