Senior Business Transformation Advisor - Planning & Materials Management

As a Business Transformation Advisor, you will independently lead sub‑projects within the Transformation Management department. You bring expertise in project management, process optimization, and functional specifications, with a strong focus on improving procurement, sourcing, and supply chain planning processes. Your technical capabilities in ERP and planning systems help elevate upstream supply chain performance.

Your Role at Intersnack

Manage sub‑projects within broader transformation initiatives

Represent Business Transformation in discussions with Management Units, Group Functions, and external partners

Develop functional specifications, process improvements, and organizational designs

Drive ERP‑related improvements in planning, scheduling, MRP, and procurement (MM), including configuration and testing

Lead cross‑functional project teams and ensure alignment and adoption of new standards

Perform hands‑on validation, testing, data analysis, and issue resolution

Expand knowledge into adjacent areas (manufacturing, order‑to‑cash, quality, commercials, finance)
