What You’ll Be Doing:

• Candidate Outreach: Actively engage and connect with potential candidates for our branches across Wallonia.

• Performance Excellence: Drive high-quality recruitment by focusing on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work alongside talented Junior Recruiters, Recruiters, and Senior Recruiters to achieve ambitious growth goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Language Proficiency: Fluent French (C2 level) and good English skills.

• Location: Based in Amsterdam or nearby.

• Experience: Previous experience as an online recruiter is a plus but not mandatory.

• Skillset: Strong communicator, persuasive, proactive problem solver, and socially adept.
