Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate, respectful, and resident-centered care. Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, mobility, and repositioning. Monitor residents and report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse. Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests. Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed. Accurately document care and services provided. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Promote resident dignity, privacy, independence, and quality of life. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the healthcare team. Follow all infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
