We are looking for an H&S Officer to join our Health & Safety team, covering both resort operations and active construction sites. The role reports to the Health & Safety Manager.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily Health & Safety inspections on construction sites and audits on resort operations, ensuring compliance with applicable Greek legislation, EU regulations and ISO 45001 requirements. Provide Health & Safety guidance and support for new projects, primarily the construction of new villas, as well as CAPEX and infrastructure works across the hotels. Coordinate and oversee the Work Permit system. Maintain the incident reporting system and participate in incident investigations, supporting the identification of root causes and appropriate corrective actions. Identify, assess and control physical hazards across construction sites and resort facilities. Monitor non-conformances and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related discipline). Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role, with experience in construction sites/technical projects. Familiarity with incident investigation methodologies and root cause analysis. Good knowledge of Greek and EU health & safety legislation; experience with ISO systems. Good communication skills and ability to work with people at all levels. Fluent in Greek and English. Benefits
