UX Researcher

We are looking for an early-career UX Researcher to expand our research capacity and help Product Managers and Product Designers make evidence-based decisions. You will contribute to research across large-scale digital products while developing your skills through hands-on work and guidance from experienced researchers.

-Support end-to-end UX research projects, from planning and recruitment to analysis and reporting, under the guidance of an experienced UX Researcher.

-Partner with Product Managers and Product Designers to clarify research needs, frame research questions, and select appropriate methods.

-Prepare focused research plans covering objectives, methodology, participants, execution, and analysis.

-Conduct surveys, usability tests, and user interviews, and support participant recruitment.

-Analyze basic quantitative and qualitative data to identify patterns, themes, and evidence-based findings.

-Produce clear reports that explain methods, findings, limitations, implications, and actionable recommendations.

-Present findings to stakeholders, take ownership of assigned work, and seek feedback to improve.
