Position Overview: The family is seeking a confident, dependable, and engaging caregiver who can provide structure, supervision, and positive support for both children. The ideal candidate will understand how to work with children who benefit from consistency, clear expectations, patience, and an encouraging approach.
Candidates with experience as an RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), behavioral support professional, special needs caregiver, or those with professional experience working with neurodivergent children are strongly encouraged to apply.

Schedule: Monday–Friday:
7:00 AM–9:00 AM
3:00 PM–8:00 PM
Compensation: $30-$35
Benefits:

Ideal Candidate: The ideal caregiver will be someone who is:
Confident and comfortable working with school-age children
Experienced with ADHD, neurodivergence, behavioral support, or similar needs
Patient, calm, consistent, and able to provide appropriate boundaries
Able to create structure and help the children stay on track with routines
Engaging and active, with the ability to build a positive relationship with both children
Dependable, responsible, and comfortable working independently
Able to redirect behavior in a positive and constructive manner
Comfortable communicating with the parents regarding routines, behaviors, progress, and concerns
An RBT certification is highly desirable, but the family is also open to candidates with strong relevant professional experience.
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references that align with previous work experience
Professional experience working with children, preferably school-age children
Experience with ADHD, neurodivergent children, behavioral support, or similar needs is strongly preferred
Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain consistent attendance
Responsibilities May Include:
Providing attentive supervision and care
Helping maintain consistent daily routines
Supporting transitions before and after school
Encouraging positive behavior and appropriate boundaries
Helping the children stay organized and on task
Supporting homework and school-related routines as needed
Preparing or assisting with simple meals and snacks
Engaging the children in age-appropriate activities
Providing transportation to activities or appointments if required
Communicating regularly with the parents regarding the children’s day and needs
