About the Roll We are hiring an Oracle Developer for a multinational company operating in the insurance sector in Egypt. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle database development, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle APEX, with knowledge of APIs and system integrations. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance Oracle-based applications using SQL and PL/SQL. Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and Oracle APEX applications. Create and optimize database objects, including procedures, functions, packages, and queries. Integrate Oracle applications with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Troubleshoot technical issues, debug code, and improve application performance. Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. Support application testing, deployment, maintenance, and technical documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant Oracle development experience. Strong hands-on experience with Oracle SQL and PL/SQL. Practical experience with Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports. Experience developing Oracle APEX applications. Knowledge of Oracle Database concepts and performance optimization. Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Previous experience in the insurance sector is preferred. Work Location Full-time, on-site position in New Cairo, Egypt.
