Senior Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Support delivery of infrastructure, networking, cloud, and hardware implementation projects. Coordinate project schedules, risks, meetings, and project documentation. Work closely with engineers and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

We are looking for candidates who has:

Project Management Experience

2–5 years of project coordination or junior project management experience. Exposure to infrastructure, server, networking, or cloud implementation projects. Experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously.

Project Management Best Practice

Basic understanding of Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Support project tracking for scope, issues, risks, and timelines. Maintain RAID logs, meeting minutes, and project reports.

Project Management Pre-Sales Engagement

Work closely with Sales and Pre-Sales Solution Architects to document and present solutions during proposal stage Tender response, SOW, project planning, project roadmaps, project effort estimation, project organization chart Excellent stakeholder management, communication and presentation skills Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills with ability to coordinate between technical, business teams and executive “C” level clients The ideal candidate will project a professional image, demonstrating excellent written/verbal communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
