Your Day-to-Day

Teacher Hiring Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily recruitment operations and ensuring the company attracts and hires high-quality candidates in a timely and efficient manner. This role leads the recruitment team, manages interview and assessment processes, and ensures hiring standards are maintained consistently. The Hiring Supervisor also drives process improvements, builds recruitment SOPs, and enhances overall hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee daily recruitment operations across teacher roles Coordinate hiring needs and workforce planning with Center's Team Lead and standardize interview and assessment processes. Ensure hiring quality, consistency, and timely recruitment delivery. Develop, refine, and maintain recruitment SOPs and assessment frameworks. Supervise and evaluate recruiters' performance and productivity. Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, pass rate, pipeline conversion, and quality of hire. Manage recruitment scheduling and reporting systems. Ensure structured recruitment documentation and candidate database management. Drive improvements in hiring efficiency, funnel conversion, and candidate experience. Identify recruitment bottlenecks and implement process optimization initiatives. Who We’re Looking For

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role. Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Experience leading interview frameworks and candidate assessment standards. Strong analytical skills in recruitment KPI tracking and reporting. Proven leadership experience managing recruiters or Talent Acquisition teams. Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
