Your Role: Caring for Our Residents As a nurse at Marietta Heights Post Acute, you will:

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes promptly. Complete accurate and timely nursing documentation. Collaborate with STNAs, fellow nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team. Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and overall well-being. Follow facility policies, infection control practices, and applicable state and federal regulations. What We’re Looking For Current, valid RN or LPN license in the state of Ohio. Previous long-term care experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills. A compassionate attitude and genuine desire to care for others. Dependability, professionalism, and a commitment to teamwork. Ability to work the scheduled full-time day shift. Fall Into Great Benefits!
