Leading tech transfers and scale-up trials for customer and internal formulas Troubleshooting emulsification, stability, and mixing challenges alongside compounding teams Researching dispersants, emulsifiers, and raw material innovations Partnering with suppliers to stay ahead of emerging ingredient technologies Developing internal best-practice guidelines for broader R&D adoption About You

Be able to do the job as described. Deep expertise in emulsion chemistry and pigment dispersion Hands-on knowledge of zinc oxide, titanium dioxide, and mineral UV filters Experience formulating SPF and OTC products under global regulatory frameworks Degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering How To Apply
