Location: Washington State Employment Type: Full-Time Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + Benefits

We are seeking a Washington-licensed therapist to provide individual and group therapy through telehealth, with responsibilities including assessment, treatment planning, clinical documentation, and referrals when needed.

Responsibilities

Conduct scheduled individual and group therapy sessions Complete intake assessments and gather relevant clinical information Establish treatment goals and contribute to treatment planning Document client progress and clinical concerns accurately Respond appropriately to changes in client needs Refer clients to additional services or resources when indicated Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable Washington licensing and professional requirements Requirements

Master's in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage & Family Therapy Active Washington license (LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC) Experience with telehealth platforms and online documentation Ability to work independently in a virtual environment Benefits
