Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Grand Forks, ND. In this role, you'll help maintain hard floor surfaces and keep a major retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers every day.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Grand Forks, ND (13th Ave N.)

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay on Friday Schedule

Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment Clean and maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, and routine maintenance Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed Follow safety procedures and cleaning standards Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Ability to lift up to 45 pounds Ability to push and pull cleaning equipment Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous janitorial, floor care, custodial, housekeeping, or cleaning experience is helpful but not required Training Provided
