Administrative Coordinator

Wayne Door is looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-focused Administrative Coordinator to join our Door Tech & Security team in Youngstown!

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping customers, and keeping things moving behind the scenes. You’ll work closely with customers, technicians, sales representatives, and management to help coordinate service calls, manage service orders, communicate updates, and support the day-to-day operations of our Youngstown location.

What You’ll Do:

Answer incoming calls and assist customers with questions and service requests

Enter, update, and close out service orders

Help schedule and coordinate service calls and technician appointments

Communicate appointment details, schedule changes, and service updates

Maintain accurate customer and service records

Assist technicians, sales representatives, and management with administrative needs

Learn about our automatic doors, access control systems, cameras, security systems, and other products

Help keep the office and daily service operations organized and running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

Previous administrative, customer service, scheduling, dispatching, or office experience preferred

Strong communication and customer service skills

Organized with excellent attention to detail

Comfortable juggling multiple priorities throughout the day

Comfortable using computers, email, phones, and business software

Microsoft Office experience preferred

Experience with CRM, dispatching, Acumatica, or service-management software is a plus, but not required

Willingness to learn our products, terminology, and service processes

Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's license and ability to meet company insurability requirements
