Key Responsibilities:

Develop sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. Engage and build relationships with our vendor partners to assist them in achieving sales goals Build strategy and plans to create leads Leverage past relationship network to uncover new opportunities Campaigns around vendor partner solutions Support and/or manage outbound emailing campaigns, webinars, etc. Follow up with potential leads/clients Engage Analytics Delivery and Advisory Services leadership for support on opportunities Providing advice and counsel to clients, oversight and accountability for delivery success, and client satisfaction Attend industry conferences to promote awareness of the Capitalize brand Track and manage all opportunities, contacts and activities in our CRM (Pipeline) Participate in weekly Sales WIG, Touchpoint and Event Planning calls Readiness and ability to travel (up to 20%)

Qualifications

5+ years of in-person field Services Sales experience Experience selling undefined or evolving scope work in consulting or services firms with successful proficiency negotiating and closing complex solutions with senior executives Ability to position and close services including Business Process Automation and AI workshops with LOB executives Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and sales or related field of study, preferred Innate proficiency in creating and executing prospecting campaigns to acquire new logos Knowledge of process automation around data, analytics and business intelligence Familiar with Capitalizes technology partners Energetic, professional and passionate about having fun and being successful Proven collaborator and leader in highly matrixed environments Strong verbal and written communication skills, including creative writing skills Must be a self-starter who is able to work independently as well as in a team environment
