We are building a talent pool of skilled Events Professionals for upcoming consulting opportunities. This is an ideal role for individuals with experience in both event project management and event strategy, though opportunities may vary between the two. Some engagements will require hands-on execution-managing logistics, vendors, and budgets-while others will focus on high-level strategy, audience engagement, and aligning events with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

Event Project Management

Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless alignment with client objectives and budgets. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and preferences, delivering tailored event experiences. Oversee all logistical aspects, including venue selection, vendor negotiations, scheduling, and on-site operations, to ensure flawless execution. Manage event budgets meticulously, ensuring cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional event experiences. Event Strategy

Develop innovative event strategies that align with client business objectives and resonate with target audiences. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for creative event solutions. Analyze event performance metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to enhance event promotion and audience engagement. About You

Multiple years of experience in event planning, project management, or event strategy development. Proven track record of managing large-scale events and developing successful event strategies. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong client relationships. Proficiency in event management software and tools.
