Outbound Senior Sales Representative (Remote – South Africa-Based)

Monthly Salary: R45,000/month

Commission Structure:

12% outbound for ongoing 8months payout + Setup 12%

6% inbound for ongoing 6 months payout + Setup 6%

(45k ZAR base salary)

This is a full-time remote position with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 11AM to 7PM Sydney, Australia Time.

We're now hiring a driven, results-oriented Outbound Senior Sales Representative to manage both inbound and outbound sales activities, convert leads into long-term clients and help fuel our agency's continued growth.

🔍 What You'll Do

This is a full-cycle sales role encompassing both inbound lead follow-up and proactive outbound prospecting. You'll work closely with our leadership team to achieve sales targets, build a strong pipeline, and represent the agency professionally in every client interaction.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, or other channels) to build and maintain a consistent, healthy sales pipeline. Manage inbound leads promptly and professionally, converting enquiries into booked calls and closed deals. Conduct discovery calls and product/service presentations tailored to dental and healthcare practice owners. Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, calls and deal status in the CRM/project management system. Provide clear, regular reporting on pipeline status, forecasts and results to management Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to client onboarding. Continuously refine sales scripts, outreach strategies, and sales processes based on performance data and conversion outcomes. ✅ What We're Looking For

Proven sales track record – You have a genuine history of meeting and exceeding sales targets, ideally in a B2B or service-based environment. True go-getter – You're self-motivated, proactive and don't wait to be told to pick up the phone or send the next email or create new opportunities. Strong closer – You know how to handle objections, build urgency and confidently close deals. Background transitioning into agency sales – Prior experience in a sales role (any industry) with a genuine interest in moving into digital marketing/agency sales is highly valued. Excellent communicator – Clear, professional, and confident in English (written and spoken), whether communicating with prospects and clients or providing internal updates and reports to management. Organised and accountable – You keep your pipeline up to date, consistently follow up with prospects, take ownership of your results and report your performance accurately and on time. Comfortable with digital tools – CRM systems, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar). Experience – A minimum of two years' experience in a sales role is required. Experience in an agency, SaaS, digital marketing, or healthcare-related sales environment is highly regarded but not essential. 💰 Salary & Schedule
