Director, Investment Banking Fireclay Partners is building a technology-native investment bank. Directors lead client relationships, transaction strategy, team development, and business generation while institutionalizing a modern operating discipline across the firm.

What You Will Do Lead M&A engagements from positioning and preparation through negotiation and closing. Own senior client communication, judgment-intensive decisions, and the quality of all major deliverables. Develop new relationships and convert market insight into differentiated advisory opportunities. Build and lead technology-native teams that use AI, automation, structured data, and proprietary technology responsibly. Ensure that important sector, company, and transaction knowledge is captured, structured, and reusable rather than remaining trapped in individual inboxes or files. Coach VPs, Associates, and Analysts to pair sound banking judgment with better systems and workflows.
