Job Description As a Recruitment Business Partner within the HR team in Eindhoven, you are the dedicated partner of managing directors, managers, and team leaders of our sites. You ensure that their business keeps running by attracting and inspiring the right talent, in one of the most challenging labor markets in the Netherlands.

Your portfolio is a varied mix of blue and white-collar positions within high-tech manufacturing for the semiconductor and analytical market. Think of assembly technicians, logistics employees, and CNC Machinists, but also Manufacturing Engineers, buyers, and management roles. It is precisely this variety that makes the profession here so interesting.

A tight market requires more than just posting a job online. With creativity, perseverance, and a pragmatic approach, you still find the way to the right candidate. You are assertive towards stakeholders, dare to advise, and keep control of the process.

At NTS, you have a lot of freedom to shape this role. You improve processes and the setup of the ATS system (Recruitee), analyze data, and provide management information. Together with Marketing, you also contribute to employer branding and recruitment campaigns, so that NTS remains visible in the region as an attractive employer.

Furthermore, your tasks include: Managing the entire recruitment process for blue and white-collar positions up to MT level, from intake to contract negotiation;

Advising managing directors, managers, and team leaders on profiles, the labor market, and the best recruitment approach;

Actively sourcing and coming up with creative actions to increase the quantity and quality of applications;

Building and maintaining a network of talent, educational institutions, and external agencies, including evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment partners;

Analyzing recruitment data and providing management information;

Continuously improving and professionalizing recruitment processes and the setup of, among other things, the ATS system, in line with HR policy;

Identifying interesting events such as career fairs and internship markets and collaborating with Marketing on employer branding and campaigns.

Requirements We are looking for an entrepreneurial and pragmatic Recruiter with the following background:

A completed HBO education, for example, HRM, Business Administration, or Communication;

Experience as a (corporate) Recruiter, in a technical or production environment;

Experience in recruiting both technical professionals and higher educated and management profiles;

Creativity, perseverance, and the assertiveness to stand as a full-fledged sparring partner alongside the business;

A data-driven attitude and affinity with reporting and process improvement;

Experience with ATS systems (Tellent/Recruitee) is a big plus;

Excellent command of the Dutch and English language, both written and spoken.

Salary ranging from €4,500 to €5,500 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;

Remote work policy: 1 day of remote work per week with a net compensation of €2.40 per day;
