Job Description:

As our Yardi Systems Trainer, you'll help the teams who serve those residents work with confidence, so they can spend less time fighting the system and more time with the people they serve.
You'll be the organization's go-to expert on Yardi and its connected platforms, and you'll have room to shape how we train, including upcoming rollouts such as Compliance Manager.
The basics
Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday Location: Remote eligible, with monthly travel to our Columbus corporate office, with occasional travel to properties Reports to: Director of Learning & Development What you'll do
Train corporate partners, property managers, compliance staff, and regional leaders on Yardi Voyager, RentCafe/Site Manager, RightSource, Forecast IQ, and Compliance Manager, in person, virtually, and one-on-one Build and maintain the training library, including guides, quick-reference tools, video tutorials, and an online knowledge base Partner with Compliance and the Affordable Housing Helpdesk to find recurring issues and turn them into targeted training Keep content current as Yardi releases updates and our processes change Measure what's working through feedback and performance data, and keep improving it Share progress and insights with L&D and senior leadership What you need
3+ years of hands-on experience with Yardi Voyager Strong organization and the ability to manage several projects at once Comfort explaining complex systems to people with very different levels of technical experience Nice to have
Experience with other Yardi products, including RentCafe, RightSource, Compliance Manager, or Forecast IQ Experience delivering system training in property management and affordable housing Familiarity with affordable housing compliance requirements Bachelor's degree Our Total Rewards Package for Full-time Employees Includes:
