Manager, Retail Operations - C-Store

Job Description:

The Manager, Retail Operations– C-Store is responsible for ensuring that Mars Snacking’s C-Store Retail team has the tools, processes, information, and operational support they need to execute with excellence in store every day.

The key link between the Mars Snacking C-Store internal teams and their Retail partners in the field, the role is integral in enabling us to meet our goals by translating agreed customer strategies into actionable, measurable in-store activities. In doing so, the Manager, Retail Operations– C-Store will need to be an excellent communicator with a proven Retail background, great customer knowledge, strong program and project management skills and a high level of expertise in business analytics.

Responsibilities:

Channel Operations Leadership Retail Director - C-Store - Main Support/Chief of Staff Managing, directing and collaborating with the Operations Support Specialist, C-Store Channel-Customer partnership and collaborative annual planning Cross functional and vendor partnership All aspects of C-Store cycle readiness Annual Perfect Store and playbook development Ownership of the Retail MSA Relationship Ownership of the annual PRP Program Management Delivery of the annual MSA GSV budget/support process Broker (R2) point of contact (Communication/Direction) Skills:

Excellent Operations and process leadership Understanding of the work of Retail Enterprise acumen Written and verbal communication skills Tools, technology and data understanding Priority setting and problem solving Directing the work of others

The base pay range for this position at commencement of employment is between the range listed below, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position will include variable pay, medical and dental benefits, participation in 401k plan, and paid time off benefits. The pay range shown is applicable to all US locations listed within the job posting:USD 108,160.00 - USD 148,720.00
