Carlson is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Algonquin, IL to help maintain clean, safe, and professional commercial facilities.

Location: Algonquin, IL

Pay: $16.00 per hour

Weekly Pay Every Friday Schedule: 33.5 hours per week

Must be available to work a consistent 7-day schedule Shift hours fall between 5:30 AM and 10:19 PM Benefits

Clean and maintain hard floors and carpets Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, vacuums, and other equipment Perform general cleaning, including restrooms and common areas Follow safety procedures and proper equipment usage Report equipment issues and supply needs Keep work areas organized and professional Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Cleaning or floor care experience preferred, but not required Able to work independently and manage time effectively Strong attendance and reliability Able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate cleaning equipment Comfortable working in a team-oriented environment Spanish-Speaking Candidates Encouraged to Apply
