Director of Nursing | Emplify Health by Gundersen, Tweeten Care Center

This is a leadership role for someone who wants to make a visible difference. You’re not just managing nursing operations. You’re helping guide a team, strengthen resident care, and build a positive workplace culture in a long-term care setting where your leadership will matter every day.

In partnership with the Administrator, you’ll guide nursing practice, support staff, and help shape a culture of quality, safety, and resident-centered care.

What you will do:

Lead nursing operations and resident care Partner with the Administrator on communication and accountability Support a positive, team-focused workplace culture Work full-time Monday-Friday with rotating on-call coverage (1-2 times every two weeks) What you will get:

Accredited RN degree Minnesota RN license 3 years of geriatric nursing experience preferred Emplify Health, a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System, is a leading not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network based in Green Bay and La Crosse, Wisconsin. Sign-On-Bonus:

Must be a new or returning employee to Gundersen Health System

$5,000 paid after 6 months of employement and $5,000 paid after one year of employment as the DoN.
