It offers both consumer wallets and corporate accounts, driven by state-of-the-art technology to make its financial services seamless and beneficial to its users.
As the Technical Product Manager for Compliance, Regulatory, External APIs & Developer Portal, your primary focus is to own the product roadmap, write Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). You should own the third party integrations and also our External APIs Interface and Developer Portal. You will serve as the functional product manager for our Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) regulatory framework and third-party developer experience-managing the vital bridge between our Core Banking engine, external vendors, developer community, and global compliance partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Roadmap Ownership:
Own, prioritize, and manage the technical product roadmap for regulatory infrastructure, compliance APIs, risk scoring integrations, and the Developer Portal. Align roadmap priorities with business objectives, CISO requirements, Global OKRs, developer adoption metrics, and evolving international regulations (e.g., PSD2/3, DORA, PCI-DSS).
BRD Writing & Requirements Management:
Author detailed, end-to-end Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Technical PRDs, and functional user stories for all compliance services and developer platform capabilities. Define functional requirements, payload structures, business error codes, rate-limiting policies, and complex regulatory edge cases (e.g., sanction hits, false positives, fallback behaviors, re-KYC loops). Establish clear Acceptance Criteria to serve as the baseline for engineering handoffs, QA test cases, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Developer Portal Ownership & Experience:
Own the product strategy, feature set, and usability of the Developer Portal (developer onboarding, self-service API key management, sandbox environments, and interactive API reference docs). Ensure the Developer Portal provides a frictionless developer experience (DX), enabling third-party developers, partners, and clients to easily discover, test, and integrate our compliance and BaaS APIs.
External API Specifications & Documentation:
Define, maintain, and govern external-facing API Specifications (OpenAPI/Swagger, REST, Webhooks) published on the Developer Portal. Ensure API specifications, code samples, SDK guides, and integration tutorials are comprehensive, accurate, and up to date.
Third-Party Vendor Strategy:
Define the functional requirements and scope for third-party integrations across Bank providers, Identity Verification (KYC/KYB), Transaction Monitoring, Sanctions/PEP screening, and AML tools. Lead functional evaluations with external vendors to establish business SLAs, capabilities, and integration standards required for our platform.
Regulatory Compliance & UAT Sign-Off:
Ensure every API specification and Developer Portal feature satisfies strict international compliance, data privacy (GDPR), and audit-logging standards. Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional verification to confirm that delivered features and API behaviors strictly match BRD specifications prior to production release.
