Job Description:
We are seeking a Salesforce Applications Solutions Architect with strong techno-functional expertise in the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise-grade solutions based on the Salesforce ecosystem. The successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in taking customer requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions. This is a techno-functional role that requires deep, hands-on experience of Salesforce core products (CRM, ARM, etc.).
The suitable candidate will translate complex revenue and sales process requirements into scalable,
Salesforce architectures, while partnering closely with senior business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional delivery teams to drive outcomes across the revenue lifecycle.
The immediate project for this candidate is a high-priority 'Oracle CX to Salesforce' migration initiative.
Required Experience
Designed end-to-end Salesforce solutions and implement them across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Sales Planning and Compensation management. Designed and documented data models, integration patterns, and system interfaces between Salesforce and other enterprise systems. Used AI tools to achieve the same. Collaborated with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to define and prioritize Customer Experience (CX) related solutions. Conducted impact analysis for new releases and managed technical debt in previous jobs. Familiar with API-based integrations, middleware (MuleSoft, Oracle SOA etc.), and external systems. Proficient in technical skills like Apex, LWC (Lightning Web Components), Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow. Preferred Experienc e
Agentforce Revenue Management (ARM). Any Incentive Compensation tool (Spiff/Everstage/Xactly). Salesforce Sales Planning. Oracle CX applications (OSC, CPQ, EPM, ICM). Exposure to Salesforce AI Agentforce. Educational Qualifications
BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
