Manufacturing R&D Senior Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Leads and owns high complexity R&D Projects, including NPD, VAVE, and cost saving

Defines manufacturing processes and technologies

Is responsible for all phases of IM moulds development from supplier selection to mould design, until validation and release to production

Collaborates with other plant functions on identifying optimization and improvements on products and processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor/Master degree in a scientific field, preferably in Engineering or Chemistry

Good knowledge of the Czech language

Fluent in written and verbal English

Relevant experience in Project management with a track record of successful complex projects

Experience in structured/multi-cultural/globally operating business

Good technical knowledge of injection molding and plastics
