Villa Manager - Seasonal Job (Santorini Based)

Patina Vivera Estate Santorini, a luxury hospitality concept in Santorini, is looking for an experienced Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our two private luxury villas and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operation of the two villas. Welcome guests and manage check-ins/check-outs. Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, transfers, and external partners. Handle guest requests and daily communication via email. Manage restaurant reservations through the designated reservation system. Monitor villa presentation and service standards. Prepare basic reports and support management with additional operational tasks. Requirements

Previous experience in luxury hospitality, villas, or a similar role. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Guest-oriented, proactive, and hands-on approach. Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage. Good knowledge of email and reservation systems. Benefits
