The basics

Schedule: Full-time, days, Monday–Friday, with an on-call rotation as needed Location: Chillicothe Campus What you’ll do

Lead and support the nursing team by interviewing, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and completing performance reviews Review and approve care plans and progress notes, and help staff work through resident care issues Oversee admissions paperwork and documentation accuracy Serve as the point of contact for residents’ families, physicians, and staff concerns, and investigate incidents Spot training needs and help bring continuing education to the team Take part in quality improvement work that raises the standard of care What you need

Active Ohio LPN license in good standing Nice to have

2+ years of supervisory, charge nurse, or management experience Experience in assisted living or long-term care Our Total Rewards Package for Full-time Employees Includes:
