Production Associate

Automotive Production Associate We are seeking motivated and dependable Automotive Production Associates to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Dexter, MO. This position supports the production and assembly of automotive components while maintaining quality and safety standards.

This is a great opportunity for candidates with manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, or automotive production experience who are looking to grow within a stable production environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble automotive components and parts according to production specifications

Operate production equipment and machinery safely and efficiently

Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies

Perform packaging, labeling, and material handling duties

Maintain production goals and meet daily output requirements

Follow all safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies

Keep work areas clean and organized

Assist with additional production duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Previous manufacturing, production, automotive, assembly, or warehouse experience preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the shift

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed

Strong attention to detail and quality standards

Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Ability to work overtime when required

High school diploma or GED preferred but not required

Physical Requirements:

Standing for extended periods

Repetitive movements using hands and arms

Frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
