Join the Cards team to drive card usage and customer engagement through strategic merchant partnerships, attractive cardholder offers, and targeted spending campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and manage merchant partnerships across dining, retail, travel, lifestyle, and e-commerce. Negotiate exclusive offers and merchant offer for cardholders. Plan and execute campaigns to drive card activation, spending, and engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign delivery. Monitor campaign performance and spending trends to optimize results. Prepare business proposals, reports, and presentations. Manage merchant relationships, agreements, and campaign execution. Identify market trends, partnership opportunities, and potential risks. Support portfolio growth initiatives aligned with business objectives. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in card portfolio management, merchant partnerships, business development, or marketing within banking/financial services. Strong negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of card products, loyalty programs, and merchant-funded promotions. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of card payments, merchant acquiring, or retail banking is a plus.
