Sr. Project Engineer

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of innovative assembly processes.

Define project requirements, build detailed specifications, and conduct line balancing for optimal efficiency.

Analyze labor requirements, conduct time studies, and map process flows to optimize production.

Improve material handling practices to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Provide support to production teams for smooth project implementation.

Develop conceptual design sketches to communicate ideas, with internal or external resources handling 3D modeling.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Proven track record of developing and implementing new processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management methodologies.

Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles a plus.
