Responsibilities:

Manage email inbox and respond to provider inquiries Process referrals to clinicians Assist employees with general inquiries Coordinate patient/client intake Provide administrative support, including help with provider schedules, referrals, and inquiries Requirements

At least 6 months experience handling a healthcare account (Intake Coordinator) With experience in coordinating with providers and clinicians Good verbal & written English skills Proficient with MS Tools Amenable working onsite in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong Willing to work night shifts Benefits
