As part of our Culture Team, you’ll help us “love on” our community, both inside and outside our walls, by supporting experiences, projects, and initiatives that bring our values to life. You’ll also help keep our workspace welcoming and organized, assist with Talent and Culture projects, and play a key role in making our office an amazing place to work.

Maintain a welcoming and organized office environment by managing supplies, stocking snacks, and supporting light upkeep tasks. Assist with celebration and experience logistics. Provide general administrative support to the Talent & Culture team. Project Support

Partner with Talent and Culture team members on special projects and initiatives. Contribute to research and process improvement efforts related to Talent and Culture programs. Support other business operations projects and initiatives. As part of your internship, you will have the opportunity to complete a Capstone project around a business need that interests you. You’ll work with your mentor to develop what this looks like, adding a tangible piece of work to your resume upon the completion of your internship. Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field. Experience in event planning, hospitality, or team member engagement is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. What you'll gain

An in-depth understanding of Triad. Hands-on experience in organizational culture strategy. Mentorship from experienced culture and HR professionals. A chance to make a real impact on company culture and team member engagement. A fun, inclusive environment where creativity and connection thrive.
