Project Manager - High-End Residential at IKON Landscape

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Project Manager – High-End Residential Landscape to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for the successful planning, execution and closeout of assigned landscape construction projects. Working at the intersection of design intent and field execution; ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the standards IKON’s clients expect.

This role requires strong communication skills, technical construction knowledge and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across diverse client relationships. You love planning, executing on time and on budget, and you’re strong with numbers, job costing and managing data. When you’re on job sites, you confidently lead people, manage client relationships and ensure all work reflects IKON’s values.

We offer a competitive compensation structure including a base salary of $65,000 - $85,000 (based on experience). We also offer a strong benefits package including paid vacation, paid holidays, medical insurance, 401K (3% match) and company vehicle.

Responsibilities for our Project Manager - High-End Residential Landscape:

Project Ownership: Lead multiple concurrent high-end residential design-build projects from preconstruction through punch-list and client closeout. Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners managing expectations, communicating proactively, and delivering a white-glove experience. Field Leadership: Direct crews and specialty subcontractors, ensuring schedule adherence, craftsmanship standards, and site safety on every project. Change Management: Lead change orders end-to-end, identify scope changes early, price and document them, secure approvals, communicate impacts, and integrate approved changes into billing. Constructability: Review drawings, specifications and grading information; resolve constructability gaps in the field while protecting design intent and finish quality. Vendor & Subcontractor Management: Build and manage a reliable network of specialty trades and suppliers capable of luxury-level execution. Schedule Control: Build and manage project schedules, identify critical-path constraints, coordinate multi-trade sequencing, and drive recovery plans to protect milestones. Safety & Accountability: Drive safety, quality, productivity and accountability while operating with a high degree of independence and sound field judgment. Requirements for our Project Manager - High-End Residential Landscape:

3–6 years of landscape experience required; project management experience preferred. Experience managing field operations including labor, equipment and material procurement on concurrent projects. Proficiency with Aspire project management software (preferred). Strong proficiency in Excel and financial tracking tools for job costing and budget management. Valid driver’s license required. Fluency in English required; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. PMP or LEED certification a plus. Ability to pass a background check.
