Business Excellence Sales Back Office Lead/Specialist

Responsibilities:

drive standardization and improvement initiatives across markets; take ownership of project execution, coordination, and delivery tracking; identify and implement process improvements and efficiency opportunities; translate business needs into practical, process and system-oriented solution; recommend and support the selection of the right approach (process changes, automation, reporting, system enhancements); leverage digital tools, automation and AI to improve efficiency and decision-making; facilitate workshops and structured problem-solving sessions; ensure alignment, transparency, and consistent follow-up with stakeholders; support alignment of global standards with local operational needs. Requirements:

experience in driving process improvements, projects, or operational initiatives; practical exposure to digital solutions (automation, analytics, AI or similar); knowledge of SAP S/4HANA - nice to have; strong communication and stakeholder management skills; structured, well-organized, and solution-oriented mindset; ability to take ownership and drive execution; understanding of end-to-end processes and system dependencies; fluent English.
