Group Accounting & ESG Reporting Specialist

Shape the future of financial and sustainability reporting in an international environment. Join our Group Finance team and contribute to consolidated financial reporting under German GAAP (HGB) for two international groups and take an active role in ESRS-compliant sustainability reporting.

Your Responsibilities

Support the preparation of monthly and annual consolidated financial statements for international group structures

Ensure compliance with HGB, Group Accounting policies and ESG reporting according ESRS

Collect, validate, analyze and prepare financial and non-financial information for internal and external stakeholders

Take an active role in the operational sustainability reporting process in accordance with ESRS requirements

Contribute to shareholder reporting according HGB and ESRS and to the continuous improvement of consolidation processes and of the sustainability KPI framework

Collaborate closely with international finance teams, sustainability stakeholders, and other cross-functional data owners

Drive continuous improvements in reporting quality, controls, and digital reporting solutions
