From creating technical documentation to delivering customer training, you’ll help ensure our systems are understood, supported and ready for use in demanding operational environments.

What You Will Do:

Supported by an experienced team, you’ll gain hands-on experience and contribute to a range of activities that help our customers get the most from our technology to include:

What you will learn:

This role offers a valuable opportunity to develop both your technical expertise and professional skills in a specialist engineering environment. You’ll receive training on our core product, the SCi-Toolset, and the hardware infrastructure that supports it. As you develop there will be opportunities to travel to domestic and international customers helping you understand how our technology is used in real-world operational settings and what it takes to keep it working effectively.

Along the way, you’ll develop skills in technical writing, systems support, training delivery and stakeholder management. Working closely with engineers and customers will help you build confidence in explaining technical information, solving problems and communicating with different audiences.

Most importantly, you’ll develop a broad understanding of how engineering, technology and customer support come together to deliver reliable solutions. This experience will provide a strong foundation for a long-term career in Integrated Product Support, systems engineering, technical training or related engineering disciplines.
