Caring Senior Service of El Paso | Home Care Sales Representative | Full-Time Make a Difference in the Lives of Seniors At Caring Senior Service of El Paso, we help seniors maintain independence by providing compassionate, non-medical in-home care. What You'll Do As our Home Care Sales Representative, you will connect families in need with the services we offer while helping seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Develop and lead outreach strategies to generate new referrals

Build and maintain trusted relationships with hospitals, senior centers, rehab facilities, physicians, and other community partners

Represent our agency at health fairs, networking groups, senior-focused events, and community activities

Identify new business opportunities and develop referral partnerships throughout the El Paso area

Track leads, interactions, referrals, and outcomes in our CRM system

Coordinate with care staff to ensure a seamless experience for every client and family

Consistently meet or exceed referral and growth targets

What We Are Looking For

Experience in sales, outreach, marketing, or business development, ideally in healthcare, senior services, home care, or a related field required Confident communicator with strong relationship-building and networking skills

Knowledge of senior care and/or home care is a plus

Professional, driven, organized, and motivated by meaningful work

Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record

Willingness to travel throughout El Paso and surrounding areas

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a growing team

Compensation & Perks

$40,000–$47,500 annually (DOE) including Bonus Ongoing training and career development
