Carlson Building Maintenance is hiring a Floor Care Technician in Buffalo, MN. In this role, you'll operate professional floor care equipment, maintain hard floor surfaces and carpets, and help keep a large retail facility clean, safe, and ready for customers.

No floor care experience? We can train the right candidate.

Location: Buffalo, MN

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Weekly Pay Every Friday Schedule

Operate floor scrubbers, buffers, extractors, and other floor care equipment Maintain hard floor surfaces through scrubbing, buffing, stripping, and waxing Vacuum, shampoo, bonnet, and extract carpeted areas Perform restroom and general cleaning duties as needed Follow safety procedures and company standards Inspect equipment and report maintenance concerns Maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment Complete assigned cleaning projects independently and efficiently Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation required Ability to lift up to 45 pounds Ability to push and pull floor care equipment Strong attendance and reliability Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Previous floor care, janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or maintenance experience is helpful but not required Training Provided
