Data Analyst Talent Pool (Consultant)

Role Overview:

We’re building our p ool of skilled Data Analysts for future consulting opportunities. These roles support our clients in unlocking the value of their data-through thoughtful analysis, clear reporting, and business-aligned insights across functions like marketing, sales, customer engagement, and operations.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll work closely with stakeholders to identify key questions, develop dashboards and reports, and surface meaningful trends. Whether the work focuses on marketing analytics, business intelligence, or reporting, your ability to connect the dots and communicate findings will help drive smarter decisions.

We’re looking for analysts who are not only technically strong, but also comfortable working in collaborative, fast-moving environments. Assignments vary by client and project needs, and we’ll reach out when there’s an opportunity aligned with your background

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables

Analyze datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights, and present findings in a way that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences. Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker) Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and transform data from various sources Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define success metrics and monitor KPIs Deliver regular reports and ad hoc analysis to support team goals and initiatives Maintain data quality through documentation, validation, and troubleshooting Contribute to scalable and repeatable analytics processes About You

Proven data and analytics expertise-experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, SQL, Salesforce, and marketing automation platforms is a plus Comfortable working with large, complex datasets-able to surface insights that influence strategic decisions Experienced in designing and automating scalable reporting and dashboard solutions to support sales operations and cross-functional needs Deep understanding of sales execution models, performance KPIs, and reporting frameworks within global, matrixed organizations Prior experience supporting Microsoft teams or similar enterprise environments preferred Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to work independently, anticipate needs, and drive projects forward with minimal oversight Curious and resourceful-confident in exploring ambiguous data sets and drawing meaningful conclusions without heavy guidance Familiarity with data privacy best practices and compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) preferred What is Lions & Tigers?
