Independent Recruitment Consultant (Commission-Only)

Key responsibilities

Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and your own network Screen, interview and shortlist candidates against client requirements Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to joining Maintain candidate records and updates in our ATS Bring your own candidates and, where possible, new client opportunities

Requirements

4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC Proven track record of closing positions Strong sourcing and search skills A strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC Presentable, Should have Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Valid UAE residency, with a freelance permit or trade licence (or the ability to obtain one) Your own laptop, phone and internet connection Benefits
