The Position:
Support Project Managers in the planning, coordination, and execution of solar construction projects. Assist with project scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, reporting, and team communications. Collaborate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to support project activities and resolve issues. Participate in project meetings, prepare reports, and track key action items and deliverables. Assist with monitoring project progress, costs, productivity, and schedule performance. Support project documentation, contract administration, and recordkeeping efforts. Participate in field visits, safety initiatives, and site audits to gain hands-on construction experience. Learn project management tools, processes, and best practices used in renewable energy construction. Gain exposure to the technical, operational, and financial aspects of utility-scale solar projects. Travel to project sites as needed to support project activities and professional development. Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Renewable Energy, or a related field. Interest in renewable energy, construction, and project management. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel. Self-starter and ability to work independently. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
