About the Role

This role owns solution design for our client’s complex, multi-modal learning projects from initial architecture through vendor coordination and final deployment. It also carries day-to-day leadership of one of the account's two India-based design pods, so this person is both the technical design authority on their projects and the people manager for the team that builds them.

What You'll Do

Own solution design for complex, multi-faceted learning projects, building comprehensive architectures that integrate multiple components, modalities, and delivery channels

Select and recommend the right blend of ILT, VILT, e-learning, simulations, social learning, and on-the-job components, with rationale grounded in learning science and business need

Coordinate vendor relationships across content development, technology platforms, and delivery services - from selection and briefing through performance management

Maintain design intent through development and production, reviewing storyboards, prototypes, and final products against the original design spec

Lead a small design pod consisting of Instructional Designer, Learning Developers, and Multimedia Designers - allocating work, quality-checking output, coaching, and owning performance management
