Data Science Practitioner

Job Description:

We are seeking a Data Science Practitioner for a client located in Suitland, MD.

Responsibilities include:

Manage, architect and analyze big data in order to build data driven insights and high impact data visualizations Drive data-driven decision-making across the organization Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of data science projects, from data collection and preparation to model development and deployment Design and implement robust data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and accessibility for analytical purposes Establish and enforce data governance frameworks, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational standards Collaborate with cross-functional teams, translating complex data insights into actionable strategies that align with business objectives Create a value chain to help address the challenges of acquiring data, evaluating its value, distilling analyzing Examine data from multiple sources and share insights which provide competitive advantage

Here is what we are looking for:

Develop Power BI reports and dashboards, providing insights into key performance indicators (KPIs) and streamlining data-driven decision making for stakeholders Experience analyzing existing systems & databases to understand, validate, and document content 100% onsite Bonus points if you have:

Good understanding of structured and unstructured data, various file types, data ETL, data pipelines, and ability to document Experience with Tableau Experience providing IT support as needed

Active TS/SCI clearance required
