Drive delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment, accountability and successful execution against agreed plans. Use employee feedback, customer insights, operational metrics and business data to inform project decisions and optimise outcomes. Lead stakeholder engagement activities to build alignment, create commitment and ensure successful delivery across complex global environments. Partner with change and communications teams to develop adoption strategies that maximise readiness, engagement and long-term success. Measure and track benefits realisation, ensuring initiatives deliver meaningful improvements in experience, efficiency, service and business performance. Identify opportunities to simplify processes, remove friction, standardise ways of working and improve service delivery across People Solutions. Champion project management excellence by embedding consistent tools, methodologies, governance standards and delivery practices across the portfolio.
